Winterim Tuition Bill Due Dates

To finalize registration and to avoid cancellation of your class schedule, payment must be received by the due date.

*To avoid cancellation of your class schedule, payment must be made by the next business day after initial registration. Our online payment system is open 24/7 and can be accessed at MyNCC. 

Change of Plans?

If you do not plan to attend any or all classes, you MUST drop your class(es) before the start of the      winterim 2024 semester at MyNCC no later than January 1, 2024, or you will be liable for tuition and fees.

You will receive a bill in the mail at the address in College records and via your NCC email if you register by December 10. Students registering on or after December 11 will only receive a bill via student email. All changes to your schedule made after the initial registration may be viewed at MyNCC. You may also access your e-bill on the payment portal.

PAYMENTS MADE WILL HOLD ALL SUBSEQUENT WINTERIM COURSE REGISTRATIONS. IF NO PAYMENT IS MADE YOUR CLASSES MAY BE CANCELLED.  IT IS THE STUDENT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO DROP CLASSES PRIOR TO THE START OF THE SEMESTER TO AVOID LIABILITY.  

The College’s Deferred Tuition Payment Plan is not available for winter or summer sessions.

• ONLINE: Pay your bill by credit card or personal check. Login to MyNCC, and select “Pay Online.” We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. 
• BY MAIL: Payment by check and money order may be mailed to the address indicated on your bill or to:

• IN PERSON: Payments can be made at the Bursar's Office.  Please check the College website for limited student service hours of operation. Cash payments may only be made in person.

If you choose not to attend the winterim session, you must drop your courses by midnight on January 1, 2024
