How do I create my E-mail account?: All NCC students will be automatically given a email account.
What is my E-mail address?: Your full Student E-mail address is: NCC-ID@students.ncc.edu -OR- FirstName.LastNameXXX@students.ncc.edu Where "XXX" are the last three numbers in your NCC-ID.
I forgot my login name.: Your Student email login name is your NCC-ID@students.ncc.edu.
(e.g. N00000001@students.ncc.edu)
What is MyNCC email Password?: You do not need a separate password for your email. You will access your email through the MyNCC Portal. Once you login click the email icon to access your email.
Why is my email account suspended?: If your email account has become suspended, open a Help Desk ticket. Our Help Desk team will contact Google to get the issue solved.
I cannot send or receive E-mail.: If you are unable to send email from your account please check and see if any Internet security, firewall, anti-virus, or pop-up blocking software is installed on your computer.

Also try clearing out your Internet cache and cookies Double check the spelling of the recipients email address and make sure you haven’t changed the index email settings for your account. If you are getting a specific error from Google please let us know by opening a Help Desk Ticket so it can be researched.
Where do I access my E-mail account?: You can access your student email through the MyNCC Portal. Please log into the Portal and click email icon to get your email.
How do I log in to my email account?: Students can access their Google Apps account by going directly to the login screen to address http://mail.students.ncc.edu, then click on the Student email Login button.
Who is eligible to obtain a email account at Nassau?: All NCC students will be automatically given an email account.

How do I change my email password?: You are accessing your e-mail through the MyNCC Portal. You don't have to change your email password.
What services are included in my email account?: The current suite of services offered includes: Mail, Calendar, Drive, and Talk. As Google develops new tools, Nassau and Google will collaborate to bring them to you.
What options do I have for accessing email?: The primary option is the MyNCC Portal You can also access email through your Mobile Devices. Instructions

How do I enable my Browser's cookie functionality?: If you're seeing a message that your browser's cookie functionality is turned off, it's possible that you don't have cookies enabled in your browser. Help on how to enable cookies
My name and/or email address is incorrect or misspelled.: If your name and/or email address is incorrect or misspelled please open a Help Desk Ticket and select "Incorrect/Misspelled Name" under the "Which best describes your problem" drop down box.
