Garden City, NY — High school students, transfer students, people changing careers and all those considering a college education are invited to attend the Open House at Nassau Community College, part of The State University of New York, on Sunday, November 5, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., beginning in the Physical Education Building Field House. During the Open House, faculty and staff will be available to provide information about the more than 70 degree and certificate programs offered by the College. Our expert counselors will answer questions about financial aid, admission, placement testing, services for students with disabilities, academic support services and extra-curricular activities. In addition, student guides will be available to provide tours of our 225-acre campus and to share their experiences as NCC students.Although the program runs from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., those who are interested can drop in at any time between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to talk with faculty and tour the campus.
