Immediate: January 6, 2010 Media Contact: Alicia Steger: 516.572.9634 Email: alicia.steger@ncc.edu ncc.edu/newsreleases  The Nassau Community College Africana Studies and Theatre and Dance Departments Present "Reunion in Bartersville" , January 28 - 31 & February 3 - 7 Garden City, NY The NCC Africana Studies Department, in conjunction with the Department of Theatre and Dance, is proud to present the comedy "Reunion in Bartersville", which will be performed January 28 through January 31 and February 3 through February 7 at the Little Theatre.

The 1933 class of Bartersville High is having its 50th reunion at Janie Mae's house. All of the guests have arrived, ready for an evening of gaiety. They're in for a heart-stopping surprise, however, when an unexpected guest arrives and turns their party into an evening of hilarious suspense. Written by Celeste Bedford Walker, "Reunion in Bartersville" has been called “an uproariously good time” and “an absolutely enthralling play.”

Performances of "Reunion in Bartersville" will be at 8:00 p.m. each day except Sundays, when they will begin at 3:00 p.m. Tickets are $9.00, discounted to $7.00 for seniors aged 55 and over and children under 18.
