"Stage Struck" at Nassau Community College April 30 – May 3 and May 6 - 10

Garden City, NY The Nassau Community College Department of Theatre and Dance is proud to present the comic thriller "Stage Struck" at the Little Theatre April 30 through May 3 and May 6 though May 10.

"Stage Struck" is written by Simon Gray. In it, Robert Simon is a failed actor/stage manager who for the last seven years has been a househusband for his theatre star wife Anne. One day, Anne announces that she's tired of Robert's infidelities, is seeing a psychiatrist and plans to divorce him and claim possession of the house he loves. The thought of losing wife, comfortable life and home drives Robert to desperate measures and possibly dark deeds. The characters in "Stage Struck" are manipulative and nobody is quite what he or she seems.

Tickets for the play are priced at $9.00, discounted to $7.00 for seniors 55 and over and $5.00 for children under 18. While supplies last, rush tickets (tickets bought at the door at the time of performance) are free for high school and college students with current ID. Performances are at 3:00 p.m. on Sundays and every other day at 8:00 p.m. For more information about the "Stage Struck", please call the theatre box office at 516.572.7676 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
