The Chairperson of the Nassau Community College Board of Trustees under the Board’s Rules of Procedure, Article VIII, paragraph 2, has called for a special meeting of the Board of Trustees’ to be held on Sunday, November 23, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. in the College Center Building Rooms 252-253 in person and with video conferencing. It is anticipated that the Board will go into Executive Session pursuant to Section 105 of the Open Meetings Law of the State of New York for the following purposes: 1. discussions regarding proposed, pending or current litigation; to discuss matters involving proposed, pending or current litigation; and 2. the medical, financial, credit or employment history of a particular person or corporation, or matters leading to the appointment, employment, promotion, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal or removal of a particular person or corporation.
No other business will take place.
