NCC Application for Valedictorian

Application Deadline:

For candidates that completed courses in Spring 2024 - April 5th
For candidates that completed courses in the Summer or Fall of 2023- Tuesday, April 16 th

Criteria for Valedictorian:

• Full-time or part-time graduating student at Nassau Community College.
• Maximum of five years in attendance at NCC.
• A minimum GPA of 3.96.
• No impounds (at the time of interview).
• No more than one “W” grade (medically excused “W” grades are not limited).
• No outstanding “I” grade(s).
• Minimum of 50 credits completed at NCC, which may include freshman advanced standing or AP credits.
• Evidence of extracurricular and/or community service.
