Nassau Community College Celebrates Black History Month

 Brand Expert and Educator Stacey Ciceron

February 10, 2026, Garden City, NY – Nassau Community continues its Black History Month festivities with Our Hair, Our Roots, Our Story, presented by Stacey Ciceron, on Thursday, February 12, at 11:30 a.m. in the Art Gallery. The event will explore the history, care, and impact of ethnic hair in America.

Stacey Ciceron is a beauty expert an educator with over a decade of experience working behind the chair and on set. She collaborates with top haircare brands on product development and education. Her work spans film, television, and runway, with credits including America’s Top Model, Project Runway and the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Ciceron’s work has also been featured in Vogue, Essence, and Elle, among other publications.
