October 29, Garden City, NY — A ceremony was recently held at Nassau Community College to honor the winners of
the Emin Scholarship, with a name plaque being placed on the wall of the Emin Learning
Center, located in room 309 of Building A.
The ceremony was attended by Dr. Maria Conzatti, Chief Administrative Officer of NCC, Professor Emeritus Hussein Emin, former scholarship winners, and members of the college administration and faculty. Dr. Conzatti and Professor Emin have long supported student accomplishments at the college.
