N O T I C E

Special Meeting of the Nassau Community College Board of Trustees
March 13 and March 14, 2023

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees has called for special meetings of the Board of Trustees to be held on March 13, 2023, and March 14, 2023 for the purpose of interviewing candidates for the position of President of Nassau Community College, and

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the Board of Trustees will open in public session on March 13th at approximately 4:15 pm on the 10th floor of the Administrative Tower, and it is anticipated that upon opening in public session the Board of Trustees will immediately entertain a motion to enter into executive session for the purpose of conducting the aforesaid interviews and is anticipated that the Board will return to public session at or about 9:15 pm on the 10th floor of the Administrative Tower, and

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the Board of Trustees will open in public session on March 14th at approximately 4:15 pm on the 10th floor of the Administrative Tower, and it is anticipated that upon opening in public session the Board of Trustees will immediately entertain a motion to enter into executive session for the purpose of conducting the aforesaid interviews, and is anticipated that the Board will return to public session at or about 9:15 pm on the 10th floor of the Administrative Tower, and

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that on both dates while in executive session, in addition to the conducting interviews of candidates for appointment to the position of President of Nassau Community College the Board will discuss and consider the appointment of persons to the position of President of Nassau Community College, and matters relating thereto.
