Running from December 29, 2025 – January 15, 2026, this session allows students to get ahead on their degree requirements by earning credits in just a few weeks. Current, visiting, and transfer students are welcome!

Congratulations to Dr. Daniel Fernandez, a Professor of Philosophy in the Humanities, Fine & Performing Arts Department, for being named to the inaugural class of SUNY AI for the Public Good Fellows!
The 20 SUNY faculty and staff fellows were named for their commitment to leveraging technology for societal benefit. The AI for the Public Good Fellows will be a resource to SUNY’s colleges and universities by providing targeted support for faculty and staff working to update courses and learning activities to incorporate AI literacy, including the effective and ethical use of AI and teaching students to critically evaluate AI-generated content.Congratulations to Dr. Daniel Fernandez, a Professor of Philosophy in the Humanities, Fine & Performing Arts Department, for being named to the inaugural class of SUNY AI for the Public Good Fellows!

The NCC Student Organization of Latinos announces that Christina Vargas will be the featured speaker at a Hispanic Heritage Month celebration on Tuesday, 9/30 at 11:30 am in the College Center Building.
Vargas is the Chief Diversity and Title IX Coordinator at Suffolk Community College and former Director of Diversity and Affirmative Action/Title IX Coordinator at Stony Brook University.
She is also on the Board of Directors for ERASE Racism, Inc., a Fellow of the SUNY Hispanic Leadership Institute, and a recipient of the SUNY Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Professional Service.
