This is my 4th and final semester at Nassau Community College. I major in communications and NCC has given me the opportunity to form amazing connections and obtain professional internships. Being in the field of Marketing or Business is something that drives me, and led me to pursue my Associate's Degree at Nassau. This school has given my family and I a chance to save money before pursuing my Bachelor's, and has also provided me with relationships I will cherish for the rest of my life.
My favorite experiences at Nassau are all because of the high-quality faculty they have - Professors Christopher Roethel, Christina Rau, and Deborah Panzer-Kilmnick are some of the best teachers I have ever had, and I am happy to have met them. Public Speaking, Creative Writing, and Math were never as seamless or enjoyable for me before I had these professors. Also, my experience with the Sigma Chi Eta and Phi Theta Kappa Honors Societies have been amazing. I will always be proud to have gone to Nassau Community College!

I served in the United States Navy in Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, II and at Camp Pendleton with the 5th Marines. I was also deployed to Okinawa, Japan twice. Stateside, I knew that Nassau Community College has a reputation for being very military friendly, and when I got here, it was true.
