FRESHMEN AND TRANSFER STUDENTS
Academic Advisement

• Freshmen and Transfers will be notified about Academic Advisement and Registration through their NCC Student email account, but only after all admission requirements have been completed. If you have not already done so, please activate your NCC Student email account to avoid any delay in receiving this notification.
• Students who received the Advisement e mail notification may come to the Advisement Center, located in the "U" building, during the walk-in hours listed below. If driving to campus, be sure to display the Temporary Student Parking Permit you received in your email. Park in student lots only. 
• NCC photo ID card, Government issued photo ID or High School photo ID with a copy of birth certificate is required for sign-in.  Students will be advised in the order they have signed in. 
• New students in the Basic Education Program (BEP) should check their MyNCC email for more specific information regarding advisement and registration

Advisement Schedule

Preceding the start of a new semester there is a tremendous increase in student traffic. The Hours of Operation that are posted for the Student Service areas do not take into account that during peak registration periods we may need to cut the line earlier than the posted closing time. Please make an effort to arrive as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate as many students as possible.

Advisement Location and Schedule for August 22 through August 30th

Important Payment Note

Students who register by July 31st will be mailed a tuition bill with a due date for tuition payment.  Students who register on or after August 1st must make tuition payment by the end of the next business day following registration.
