The Game Room / Student Lounge, located in the College Union (Building “U”) is a spot where  students can come between classes.  There you can relax or play chess, checkers, scrabble, table tennis, billiards or foosball, as well as other games.
At the lounge you can grab a snack from the vending machine, study for your next class, read a magazine or just meet old friends and make new friends.
Every semester Student Personnel Service/ Student Activities will sponsor three tournaments: chess, table tennis, and billiards.  The dates of the tournaments are in your NCC Planner. The winners (first, second and third) will win a VISA Gift Card and will compete in the Region 3 Association of College Unions' International Intercollegiate tournament at the New Jersey Institute Of Technology.
Winners of the Region 3 tournament will be invited to compete in the ACUI Championship Tournaments against other national and international colleges and universities.
The Student Lounge is open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Watch for messages on the MTVU message system located in the food court and game room for other exciting activities and outings. Come have Fun at “the U”!
