Forgot your Username?
Your username is your NCC-ID . It should start with 'N00". For students who have lost or not received their NCC-ID can get it from the Registrar's Office with appropriate photo ID. For additional information, click here .
What is your MyNCC Student E-mail Password?
Your email password in your six-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) from MyNCC-Banner. If your current PIN does not work when trying to activate your account, use instead the original assigned default PIN (your date of birth in MMDDYY format).
Forgot your Gmail Password?
There are two ways to reset your E-mail password:
- Either go to the Academic Computer Center on the second floor of the Library or go to Building G Room G145/G149 lab. You MUST have either your Nassau Community College ID card or Driver's license for the technical staff to reset your password.
