There are three ways in which you can order your official Nassau Community College transcript:
1) Internet Request:
Nassau Community College has partnered with Credentials Inc. to accept transcript orders via the Internet through a secure site.
With the service you can:
a) Order an Academic transcript (www.degreechk.com)
b) Order an Immunization transcript (www.degreechk.com)
c) Check the status of your order (www.degreechk.com)
2) Via Mail:
Please provide your name, social security number and the address where you wish your transcript to be sent on the Transcript Request Form. The fee is $5.00 per request, payable by check or money order. Mail to Nassau Community College, Office of the Registrar, 1 Education Drive, Garden City, NY 11530.
3) In person:
You may request your transcript in person at the Office of the Registrar, Lower Level of the Administrative Tower.
