Most college ESL courses are non-credit.  These courses are for both international and local students who have been accepted into an academic program at NCC, and have achieved a college ESL level, as determined by the NCC Placement Test.  Students may be able to take credit courses while taking college ESL courses.

This non-credit program is for both international and local students who need full-time, intensive academic English language training prior to matriculating into an academic program, as determined by the NCC Placement Test.

This program is for local students only, and does not fulfill Visa requirements for international students. The Language Learning Center is non-credit English instruction designed for students who need a basic knowledge of the English language.  Classes focus on personal, functional and business English language instruction.
