On the "My Courses" page:
• There will be an icon under the course name that alerts
you if there is a new announcement available.
Within the course section:
• Click on the Announcements tool link from the Course
Tools menu to view the list of announcements.
• A green and white star indicates that there is a new
announcement.
Note: Your instructor may include the announcement
as a pop-up message upon entering the course.
Make sure you don’t have a pop-up blocker
enabled in your browser.
To check this:
- Click on the Check Browser link in the upper right-hand corner on the My Courses page. A window will open; scroll down to "Pop-up Blocker Check" to see if Pop-Up blocker is turned off.
- If pop-up blocker is not turned off, go to your web browser to make the change. For example, in Internet Explorer use the Tools menu to turn off the pop-up blocker.
