SELECTED SCHOLARS: The Honors Program sponsors an academic conference on a special theme for high school students

ADOPT-A-CLASS: Each year, Honors students host a grade school class and conduct various activities for them on the Nassau Community College campus. For example, guest students may participate in an Honors class in progress, visit the NCC weather center, the computer center, attend a musical performed by Nassau's Theatre Department and learn what it is like to go to college.

HONORS CONNECTION: The Honors Connection Program enables bright, motivated high school juniors and seniors who meet established criteria to participate in Nassau's Honors Program by taking one or more classes at Nassau Community College.

HONORS FOR A DAY: Honors students host a program whereby high school students attend mini Honors classes to get a taste of Honors college life.
