The Center for Veterans Affairs

You've served your country and now Nassau Community College is here to serve you. The Center for Veterans Affairs at NCC is very pleased to be an information source, advocate and guide for the veteran members of our community. We help our student veterans with many aspects of their college experience, including educational benefits, entitlements, counseling and advocacy resources. Nassau is proud of the level of diversity and academic excellence that our veterans and reservists bring to our campus.

Veteran Service Hours:
Monday–Thursday
9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 2:00–4:30 p.m.

Fridays
10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.-4:30 p.m. 
(except when the college is closed).

Student Veterans who have registered for classes must meet with one of the VA Certifying Officials each semester for enrollment certification and should avoid the last minute rush to be certified.
