Fall 2015–When is my tuition bill due?

To finalize registration and to avoid cancellation of your class schedule, payment must be received by the due date.
Early Registration Billing
Tuition Bill/Class Schedule will be sent via USPS and
NCC student email.

*To avoid cancellation of your class schedule payment must be made on the next business day after initial registration. You may either pay in person at the Bursar’s Office before the close of business, or online before midnight.
All changes to your schedule made after the initial registration may be viewed on www.ncc.edu/MyNCC.
Change of Plans? If you do not plan to attend any or all classes, you must drop your class(es) before the start of the fall 2015 semester (in person at the Registrar’s Office before close of business, or online at www.ncc.edu/MyNCC no later than August 31, 2015) or you will be liable for tuition and fees.
All students registering for fall 2015 on or after September 1, 2015 are expected to pay tuition and fees on the same day of registration. You may either pay in person at the Bursar’s Office before close of business, or online before midnight.
Financial Aid Applicants: If your bill shows any balance due, after expected financial aid is deducted from your total tuition and fees, be sure to make a payment before the due date indicated on the front of the bill. Your payment confirms that you definitely plan to attend. If financial aid is approved after you have paid, the College will reimburse you. IF NO PAYMENT IS MADE YOUR CLASSES MAY BE CANCELLED. IT IS THE STUDENT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO DROP CLASSES PRIOR TO THE START OF THE SEMESTER TO AVOID LIABILITY.
Make full payment or enroll in the College’s 3-part Deferred Payment Plan. Please see the back of your bill for payment plan application or login to the MyNCC portal as listed below:
- ONLINE: Pay your bill by credit card or personal check. Login to the My/NCC portal at www.ncc.edu/MyNCC and select "Pay Online." We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. A non-refundable convenience fee of $18 will apply to all online credit card transactions.
- BY MAIL: Checks, money orders and credit card payments may be mailed to the address indicated on your bill or to:
