The Nassau Community College Firehouse Plaza Art Gallery Hosts ART/work

July 13-August 27

Garden City, NY – The Firehouse Plaza Art Gallery at Nassau Community College (NCC) is proud to present ART/work, an exhibit celebrating the hidden creative talents of many of the employees of the college. The exhibition runs from July 13 through August 27.

The paintings, photographs, drawings and other mixed media on display in ART/work reflect the diverse interests and perspectives of Nassau Community College employees. An artists’ reception for those who contributed pieces to ART/work will take place from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22.

ART/work can be seen at the Firehouse Plaza Art Gallery, located in Room 140 of the College Center Building (CCB) on the NCC campus. The gallery is open from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. All gallery exhibitions are free and open to the public.
