The Nassau Community College Department of Theatre and Dance Presents "The Comic Chekhov"October 30 – November 2 & November 5 - 9

Garden City, NY The Nassau Community College Department of Theatre and Dance is proud to present The Comic Chekhov at the Mainstage Theatre. Performances will take place Thursday, October 30 through Sunday, November 2 and Wednesday, November 5 through Sunday, November 9.

The Comic Chekhov promises an evening of farce and fun. It features several of the famed short-story writer and playwright's one-act comedies, including The Dangers of Tobacco, The Bear, The Proposal and Swan Song.

Performances of The Comic Chekhov are at 8:00 p.m. October 30 through November 1 and November 5 through November 8. The November 2nd and November 9th performances are at 3:00 p.m. Tickets for the play cost $9.00; seniors 55 and over may purchase a ticket for $7.00. High school and college students with valid I.D. will be admitted free. For more information, call the theatre box office at 516.572.7676 between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
