The Center for Catholic Studies at Nassau Community College Presents: Hispanics and the Future of the Catholic Church in the United States

Garden City, NY - The Center for Catholic Studies at Nassau Community College is proud to present noted Catholic scholar Oswald Sobrino of Sacred Heart Major Seminary in Detroit, who will speak on Hispanics and the Future of the Catholic Church in the United States. The event, which is free and open to the public, will be held on Monday, June 25 at 1:30 p.m. in the College Center Building.

An expert in Catholic studies, Sobrino is an economist, lawyer and prominent Catholic writer and blogger. His lecture on American Hispanic Catholicism will integrate historical, sociological, economic, psychological, demographic, social policy and theological perspectives.
