· Emergency First Aid Care - during hours of operation
· Physical Exams - for 2nd year Nursing & Allied Health Science students, children's Greenhouse caregivers and student athletes.
· Counseling and Referral - for students with health and medical concerns.
· Physical Education Waivers - for students with medical reasons unable to meet the physical education requirements.
· MMR Clinics - during the Fall and Spring Semesters.
· Immunization Records - are maintained (for measles, mumps, rubella) which must be submitted as a condition of attendance at New York State colleges.
· Medication - over the counter drugs available for students with headaches, colds, allergies, etc. Some prescription medications provided when prescribed by College Physician.
· Literature - available on health related issues.
· Health Insurance Information - for all programs available at the college
· Accident Claim forms - for part-time students injured on campus and full-time students injured on or off campus. A deductible usually must be met per accident and if the student has any other insurance they must use their own coverage first. If you need a Claim form it can be picked up in Student Health Services.
· Physician - in attendance for consultation two days per week (usually Monday and Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to noon). Evening clinic - call for specific times.
