NCC is now requiring that the immunization requirements be met prior to registration at the College.

How do I obtain a copy of my immunization records? |
A |
Students with no records of past immunizations are advised to:
1. Check with your high school for immunization records
2. Check with your doctors past and present
3. Check with schools or colleges you have attended
4. Check immunization records from the Armed Forces, Health Department, etc.

What do I do if I can’t find any proof of immunization? |
A |
Students with medical Insurance can make arrangements with their doctors to get the required proof of immunity – either immunization or blood tests.
Students without medical insurance must come in person at the beginning of the Fall and Spring semesters to make an appointment for a free MMR vaccines.

I’m transferring to another school, how do I get a copy of my immunizations? |

Do I have to bring my immunization records in person? |
A |
No you don’t have to. Records can be brought in person, mailed or faxed.

If you fax your records please include on each record your name, social security number and a telephone number of where you can be reached. After faxing your records, you should check with Student Health Services by calling 516.572.7767 to make sure they were received successfully.

Physicals are required for Nursing, Allied Health and to participate in a sport; otherwise no physical is required. |
