Garden City, NY – The popular series Classics for Kids at Nassau Community College is proud to present Ballet Long Island in Snow White on Sunday, February 10 at 1:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. in the College Center Building.

In Snow White, a classic fairy tale becomes an original ballet set to classical music.  A good queen, a bad queen, a witch, seven dwarves, a poisoned apple, a prince, Snow White and a magic mirror combine for an enchanting show.  Ballet Long Island performs this ballet complete with costumes, scenery, touring dance floor and sound system.  The Ronkonkoma-based, non-profit arts organization, which consists of dancers from around the world, has been presenting its sparkling performances since 1985.

Snow White is sponsored by the NCC Cultural Program.  Tickets cost $1.50 per person.  Performances are held in the College Center Building on the NCC campus, which is accessible to the disabled.  Since seating is limited, parents are urged to purchase tickets in advance.  For more information, call 516-572-7153.
